Location is amazing, you can do anything on foot and the main station is literally right in front.

The location is very convenient for everything, be it further travel or seeing the city. There's a lot of various facilities in the hostel itself to suit essentially all of your travel needs. Despite the closeness of the train station the room was very quiet. With online check-in available the entire check-in process can be very smooth and quick. The hostel's very modern and the staff's friendly.

1. Everything just works in this hostel, it's super nice. It's sooo big but you feel at home because the rooms are small. 2. Check-in was easy and they let me in some minutes before my time, I loved this caring gesture of the staff, because I was with lots of bags. 3. Bathroom is nice, room is nice too. They have toilet paper (lots) and soap. They have a stall for showering and other with the toilet, andt both have sinks with hot water. 4. Wifi is good. 5. SUPER close to the main train/metro/bus station. Extra:. I met nice people in Hamburg and also at my Hostel. Nothing to do with the hostel itself, but I think it's worth pointing that people there are nice and warm.

Probbably the best hostel i've stayed at up to this point. Besides the points that should be expected with a good hostel like it being clean, staff being friendly etc, the following make this hostel stand out for me as a self-employed business traveler: Beds are exceptionally sturdy Beds are practically ready to use, only needed to grab the sheets and pillow from the locker and it's ready to go. Great place to study/work in the lobby with wall power, seperate from the restaurant. Located practically next to the main station (hamburg HBF) This hostel is very affordable. Even when booking the very last minute like i often have to do.

I expected much worse according to existing reviews, but actually it was a very nice and affordable hostel to spend a night by the train station. Bed and bathrooms were clean, Check in and check out were instant, what else should you expect from such a facility?

Awesome location, next to the market. Nice common space, nice enough hosts. A thoughtfully organized bed, with a shelf and light in the right places, all hostels should do it like that :) All in all, the lack of the personal touch is well compensated for by proper organization.

A massive massive thankyou to the staff for storing my possessions I had stupidly forgotten in the locked trunk for a few days until I returned!!! I really appreciate it! The effort to even return the cut padlock showed such amazing service :-) will definitely stay here again next time In Hamburg, vielen Danke!!!

Great location. Close to many attractions and the train station as well as the FlixBus station. Comfortable beds. Tick curtains and noise counselling windows. Proper heating system. Professional and friendly reception staff.

I got a mixed experience with this stay, albeit I felt it was a niche stay and really affordable to help along your time in Hamburg which can be on the costly side. Also, a bit of an escape from the lively neighborhood it reside in. Very central and close to all transports you could need.

The Location is ideal for travellers, even more if you are only staying for 1-2 nights. However in the night there are a lot of weird people at the HBF and since it‘s next to the hostel, you would meet them as well
